This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build profiles of visitors.

Messages you send

When you use the inquiry form, the details you enter (name, email address, organisation, subject and message) are stored in a database on the server that hosts this website. Only the office of Nabin Raj Basnet can read them, through a password-protected inbox. They are used only to read and reply to your inquiry, and are not shared with anyone else or added to a mailing list.

Your IP address is not stored with your message. A one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of it is kept to limit how many messages one connection can send, which protects the form from spam.

Inquiries are kept securely for as long as they are needed to follow up on them, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what you sent, or for it to be deleted, by writing to the same office through thecontact page.

Hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The server that hosts the website keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested and time) for 14 days, then deletes them automatically.
